Although we recommend that you consume your olives within 7 days after opening the pack, in reality they last for a lot longer. Especially if you keep them in the fridge. Ensure that the olives are submerged under the oil. Use a clean spoon to remove the olives and don’t put uneaten olives back into the pack. This way you keep your olives fresh for a long time.
