Deliciously and sweet, figs are a good source of calcium and potassium. They are both excellent for maintaining good bone health and are an excellent source of fibre. Our organic whole figs can be eaten as they are, there is no need to soak them. Enjoy them while snacking or in breakfast bowls and bakes.
Organic apricots have not been treated with sulphur dioxide, so they are brown in colour. They are preservative free and are dried more than usual to help preserve their quality. Apricots are a great source of antioxidants, including beta carotene and vitamins A, C and E. Their natural sweetness makes them great for snacking on and for adding to salads and food.
Sweet and sour in taste, our organic mangoes come in large pieces that are slightly drier than our mango strips. They are naturally dried with no added sugars, oils or preservatives.
